A one day intensive introductory workshop on Sounding Bowls giving you experience of their amazing qualities and answering your questions. The main, driving question for the day is “How is it that a simple wooden instrument has such a profound healing effect?”
We will seek the answer in Four principle levels: Material, the wood; Form, Sacred geometry of circle, line and spiral; process, work as a meditation; spirit, working with Sound in meditation and healing.
There will be time for many individual questions as well as lots of Sounding Bowls for you to see, hear, hold and play.
