Beginning with a vocal workshop to help free your voice, tune your body, calm your mind and lift your spirit. We will be toning for inner balance and healing, working with sound for meditation and connecting through songs of different traditions.
And...Experience a deeply relaxing Sound Bath, immersed in the beautiful vibrations of a range of musical instruments, from crystal singing bowls with their very pure notes to tibetan singing bowls, chinese wind gong and Koshi chimes (and more) providing layers of sound to touch your whole being with their nurturing harmonics.
