Sound Vibration is powerful. In sound we drop back into our basic vibration and find that stillness and healing within.
Using Crystal Chakra Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, Symphonic Gong, Ocean Drums, and rattles, to create being in the elements. The sound and vibrations help clear negative energy in the field and realign your inner energy force and chakras. Helping to raise your energy.
The session designed to help you relax and let go. The sound created sends you to a that "alpha" state, as in Yoga Nidra, the state before sleep, were you can really relax and release the over active new Brain and be taken within.
Who is this suitable for? Pregnant women over 14 weeks of pregnancy, adults, elders (chairs are provided).
Contra indicated for: Severe tinnitus suffers, anyone with attention disorder; substance abuse; anyone who is sensitive to loud sounds.
Please make sure you do not drink alcohol; or take drugs before the session.
Please bring your own yoga mats, blanket, water and eye mask.
