We use the wonderful tones of Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other instruments, to create a sound scape that takes you on a journey of self discovery.
You will be guided into stillness, with the wonderful tone, vibrations and resonants that helps you drop away from the conscious mind and into that theta state of peace and acceptance.
We look forward to you bringing your positive energy to these sessions.
We ask that you do not consume any alcohol or drugs before or after the session.
Drink plenty of water after the session and rest if you can.
You can bring your own yoga mat, cushions, bolsters and blankets for your comfort and ease.
Please let yourself know to the practitioner if you suffer from tinnitus, you are pregnant and if you need to be positioned in a alternative way to lying on the floor. Chairs are around for your comfort.
Think about your intention for the session and bring it with you.
We look forward to sharing time and sound with you. Let the vibrations do their work.
If you feel uncomfortable at all, or it brings up emotions, take a breath or two, concentrate on the exhalation and after about 10 breaths it will usually subside.
In the next few days after the session, make sure you keep as quiet and calm as possible.
