Arlene Dunkley-Wood
Arlene Dunkley-Wood has been a yoga teacher for the past 3 decades, specialising in pregnancy and birth and also adult health.

She is a Holistic Practitioner who also offers Craniosacral Therapy, Mizan Massage for Female Reproductive Health, and Therapeutic Massage. She has always been interested in sound and vibration.

During the pandemic she decide to do the training with MCOSH and now offers Sound Baths/Journeys, using crystal bowls, himalayan bowls and gongs with Yoga Nidra in East and North East London.
Arlene is currently half way through her gong training with the amazing Sheila Whittaker.  Although she had previously trained with Sue Dickerson with introduction to gong and has been practicing with gongs for a few years.  This past year's training with Sheila has helped her gain confidence in her gongstership and she has now been invited with her son as part of BALM SOUND (mum and son duo) to play at the Meltdown Festival in June at the South Bank Centre.  Curated by Chaka Khan.  "We are both honoured and excited to have this opportunity. " We are really looking forward to being part of this event."
