Beat It Percussion CIC was founded by CEO Lynn Kay in 2011.
Our aim is to share rhythm and sound-based activities in the wider community, to support people’s well-being and mental health. Weprovide interactive rhythm workshops and accessible Soundbaths.
Much of our work is with people living with memory loss and the effects of dementia. Working withpartner organisations to deliver projects, our interventions are hands-on and designed to the well-being needs of the participants.
We are now seeking to include a research element to our work which will enable us to reach a wider audience as well as endorsing our practical findings.
