This truly resonant experience is for anybody wanting to use their voice as a means of exploring their healing potential. It will be accessible for both those who are new to using their voice in this way as well as those who are familiar with voice work.
Working together as a group we will create vocal ‘soundscapes’ exploring different energies and connections, inviting joy, laughter, soul searching, reflection and bliss. Chrys will work intuitively, through sound and movement, connecting with ancestor energies, in a process that creates a safe space in a supportive and nurturing environment. In moments of deep resonance we can access a place within ourselves that is profound, it is here that shifts can take place and healing can occur.
During the week, working in pairs, small groups, and as one large group,
you will learn how to;
Tune into the chakras using a simple system of sounds that you will be able
to use for yourself in the future.
Use toning, over-toning, beat frequencies and voice matching,
allowing the natural voice its full expression within the body.
Experience giving and receiving group sound baths.
Learn how to give a one to one vocal sound healing treatment to another person.
