Sounding the Sacred Feminine - Celebrate the Inner Goddess
Michêle Averard, sound therapist and workshop leader, shares her knowledge and experience from her heart and soul, and serves as a vibrational vehicle to support women in their feminine evolutionary process.
A meeting between women which connects each one to her own voice and the beauty and power of her female vibration.
Through energetic processes, we will have the opportunity to eliminate negative patterns which have accumulated and stagnated in our subtle energy sytem. By connecting to our maternal ancestral line (mother, grandmother, great-grandmother...), and cleansing these lines, we will feel capable of recognising and living our inner light without fear. The celebration of our feminine vibration through Sound will help each one of us to realise the changes we can make in order to experience and share the qualities of Peace, Love, Joy and Harmony which are the essence of the Scared Feminine.

This loving and powerfully healing event is held at the Dome Retreat Centre,
Alicante Province, Spain
The Dome is acoustically designed so that you perceive your sound like a caress of vibration. This experience helps you to understand and experience yourself as pure vibration, enabling you to reconnect with an ancient truth that “We are a part of all that surround us”. This beautiful and intimate encounter with your Sound reminds you that you are able to create and transform and empowers you to clean all negative programing that you have accumulated during your life experiences.
As Women we are continually creating and transforming. Our true nature is to preserve and be the “Peace Keepers” within our family nucleus and often in our communities as well.
Our Women`s heart holds the vibration of our beloved Planet Earth. We are not afraid of transformation and allow the cycle of life and death to pass through our bodies each month.
We now encounter ourselves separated from our true identity and victims to a social conditioning that has left us vulnerable and in doubt.
“Sounding your Inner Goddess” “Sounding the Sacred Feminine” is an experience between women to reconnect and remember the powerful vibrations of LOVE and RESPECT as we open our hearts and remind each other who we are.

• Group Intoning for uniting the spirit and soul
• Chakra Toning with focused intention to clean and balance your energy centres
• Exercise`s for freeing the Voice and finding your authentic Sound
• “Your Name is your Mantra” Respecting and forgiving yourself
• Vocal scanning to define the blocks and negative programing, both Physical and Energetic
• Working with Ancestral lines; Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother
• Guided Meditations with and without Sounds
• Movement and free dance
• Mother Earth Tipi ceremony
• Vocal Toning floating in water
• Mantra Circles and powerful world Chants
• Excursion to the caves of Petracos to Sing and experience their ancient matriarchal energy
• Lots of laughter and maybe a few tears!
