Sound is a potent, powerful energy that can express love, can heal, commune with the divine, with the spirit within. We live in a magical world where the powerful energy vibrations made by music, positive thoughts, words of love and good vibrations produce peace, ease and harmony.
The body is always listening and records every experience which is why tuning our internal vibration is so important to our energy. Using sacred sound is like a spiritual health check, tuning and harmonising your vibrational energy.
In this workshop we will use a number of approaches to tap into and tune our spiritual vibration, including.
-In ceremony and meditation
-Pranayama with inner vibration
-Yoga (asana) blended with mantra
-Chanting and Kirtan
-Shamanic Drum Meditation
-Gong and Sound bath
