Another of our regular fund raisers for the excellent and much needed Trinity Rooms Community Hub.
This will be a guided meditation, using hand pans, home made gongs, bells and cello.
The Trinity Rooms has a lovely sprung wooden floor, so our audience are encouraged to lie on a thin yoga mat or similar, as the vibrations from the gong can be felt strongly this way.
