Autophonetics (3-day Voice Workshop) - Basic and Advanced Levels Price: 199.00 (inc Practice CD) Autophonetics is a vocal technique unique to INNER SOUND that teaches you how to express your own 'inner sound' for greater self-awareness by using specific vocalic sounds. Regular practice deepens self-awareness, builds self-confidence and promotes the expression of your inner sound. Autophonetics can be integrated into other therapies or vocal techniques such as toning, chanting or overtone singing to deepen and enhance their effect. Contents - Basic Level: Warm-up exercises; Emotional Theory; Softening the musculature for greater breath capacity; Using the 5 sounds of INNER SOUND to balance the emotions; Learning to express your inner sound in your daily life; Special healing experience: Healing Chakra journey using your own sound; Prerequisites: None Contents - Advanced Level: Our Advanced Level Workshop follows on from the basic level, introducing you to working in a more focused way with your voice, using 21 INNER SOUND motifs developed by Arden Wilken. A practice-based course includes exercises, visualizations & breathing techniques. Develop your technique & learn to work with specific themes.
