The workshop objectives are: To gain freedom of vocal expression through specific exercises including breathwork; to stimulate the energy centres or chakras through vowel/consonant mantras; to refine the energy centres through the use of Tantric seed syllables. to draw vocal sound within as a form of meditation; to listen to tuning forks as a way of resonating the cellular level.
Simple movements are used to encourage and direct the sound. No experience necessary, only the deep intent for self-healing.
