2) POETRY FOR THE SOUL For those who can and those who think they can't! This one-day workshop introduces the wonderful work taught by American poet and guide, Kim Rosen (author of - Saved by a poem - the transformative power of words). This workshop will help you to experience the power of the spoken word, and enable you to enter a state where words flow from you and through you. During the day there will be movement, music, sounding, meditation and silence, opportunities to connect deeply within and with others ---- and of course an immersion in spoken poetry (by Rumi, Hafiz, mary Oliver, David Whyte, Rilke and much more). What a treat!!! Kim's teaching is that allowing poetry deeply into ourselves - 'wakens, nourishes, inspires and heals, giving us the insight and sensitivity we need to live as creative individuals and as a peaceful society'. 'Speaking a poem you love can be a powerful medicine, not only for you but for anyone who is lucky enough to be within earshot.'
