The Yurt Lush Sound Intent Experience
A New Moon is a perfect time to take stock of what’s working in your life, what’s not and set some positive intentions for the future.
One of our teachers, Jonathan Goldman, came up with the formula:
Sound + Intention = Healing
We’ve certainly found this to be true, both in our personal lives and in our sound work.
So for this event, we’ll be sharing with you processes to let go of what doesn’t serve you and create positive affirmations to embrace the life of your dreams. We’ll then create a soundscape tailored to your needs and intentions.
You will be bathed in heavenly harmonies and the sounds of a Wind Gong, Himalayan Temple gong, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes and other sound treasures.
We’ll be in the stunning setting of Sheamah Holistic Therapy’s Yurt in Berkeley, Gloucestershire. Full details of location and directions will be provided on booking.
Places are limited, so please book and pay in advance to secure your place.
During a sound bath, you can either sit in a chair or lie down. Please bring a cushion/mat/sleeping bag/blanket so you feel comfortable and enjoy this profound experience.
