Celebrate the arrival of Spring with Spring Into Sound, a transformative singing weekend close to the enchanting coastal town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Taking place over the Spring equinox, this unique gathering harnesses the season’s unfolding energy to deepen your connection with yourself and the natural world. Guided by the timeless beauty of an Indian raga (scale) and its evocative tones, participants will explore chanting, movement, improvisation, and ritual practices that awaken the senses and invite renewal. As the equinox ushers in balance and possibility, we immerse ourselves in sound and movement to reflect the blossoming energy of spring. Through the interplay of voice, rhythm, and stillness, this weekend becomes a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and community. Whether you are an experienced vocalist or simply curious, Spring Into Sound offers a space to embrace the season’s vitality and celebrate growth, connection, and harmony in an inspiring and nurturing environment. No vocal experience needed. Gavin has more than 24 years experience of working with sound supporting individuals to find their true voice.
