Many of you have discovered the joy of meditation, the deep sense of peace and calm. Chanting can take you even deeper into a world of stillness, whilst also being uplifting. We'll also enjoy the wonderful deep release of Yoga Nidra - a guided relaxation. Will be an evening of personal discovery and blissful relaxation.
