It not only includes soundbaths and gongbaths but also covers drum journeys (the ancient roots of many 21st century sound therapy methods), ‘Rhythm of Life’ sessions – where we use rhythm, movement and mindfulness to bring balance and harmony, and narrative soundscapes. A narrative soundscape can help people to re-frame life-limiting beliefs, fears, phobias and trauma and develop life-affirming strategies for the future.
