I will be running a 6 week sound bath healing course starting on Thursday 16th January. The aim of course is to bring each of the people who attend into balance and harmony within themselves. Aligning their energies with their divine pathway and higherselves. Crystal singing bowls are a wonderful tool to help cleanse and purify your body, mind and soul. Helping to release the build-up of emotional energy within ourselves caused by our reaction to and interaction with others. Also create the space within ourselves for healing and wonderful transformations. Each week I shall work through each of my 12 crystal singing bowls helping to bring into balance and alignment your chakras and aura. I also combine the crystal bowls to connect you to one of the 6 ascension planets currently working with this planet to help with our ascension. The planets you will be connecting to are Venus, Earth, Pleiades, Neptune, Orion and Sirius. We will then discuss after each session your experiences with the bowls so that you can make sense of what you experienced. Over the six week period you will work through the various issues and blockages that are limiting you or holding you back. By the end of the 6 weeks you will be in a very different place in yourself. You will feel lighter, more positive in yourself and able to view this life experience from a much higher spiritual place. The course starts on the 16th January 7.30-9.30pm.
