Delighted to invite you to a relaxing gemstone meditation and an immersive Sound Bath experience in our beautiful and cosy studio.
We'll reflect and explore the properties and healing potential of a different gemstone each month before unwinding into a relaxing sound bath. We hope this Sunday experience will bring rest and recuperation to your weekend.
You'll be invited to lay down while Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and gentle percussion instruments are played to support your relaxation.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time and bring a mat, blanket and cushions to support feeling comfortable and settled.
The ticket price includes a small gemstone. Please do get in touch if there is a particular crystal you would like to work with this month. It would be lovely to hear your ideas.
