Inviting you to a monthly singing bowl meet up in Hove.
Bring your singing bowl along, Himalayan or crystal, to practice techniques and explore the sounds and harmonies created when playing in a group. Previous experience is not needed and a few extra bowls and wands will be available on the night if you'd like to try them.
We aim for a relaxed evening to connect with and enjoy the beautiful instruments and sounds.
You might like to bring along a yoga mat, cushion, or something comfortable to sit on.
Herbal teas and cake provided! We look forward to meeting you and your bowl!
