Join us each month for an evening of Kirtan led by one of our wonderful team of Kirtan Singers Kirtan comes from Bhakti Yoga, yoga of the heart, or yoga of devotion, allowing us to connect more deeply into our hearts. It is call and response Sanskrit chanting, sung with wonderful melodies ranging from meditative to ecstatic. It is a form of yoga for the voice, it is easy to join in and requires no background or training.
