It's time to sing for our trees again!
This year, we felt we wanted to honour our urban trees for the extraordinary work they do in our cities.
We've been guided to Eastville Park in the heart of the inner city of Bristol, situated beside the M32 motorway, with the River Frome flowing through it.
We're going to be walking along the Sri Chinmoy Peace Mile through Eastville Park, stopping as trees call us, sharing our love for trees through song.
Depending on the weather, it would be wonderful to have a picnic after our walk & celebrate our love of the Earth through songs, storytelling, poetry, art etc.
We see this as a highly interactive, family friendly event. It's also very fluid, so you can join and leave us whenever you like.
Please bring musical instruments, your songs, poetry, artwork and whatever inspires you to celebrate this beautiful planet and especially its trees.
We'll be linking up with thousands of people celebrating across the planet!
