By repeating simple mantras over and over, kirtan is an effortless and accessible way to experience some freedom from the daily chatter of the mind, taking us deeply into silence. It is a powerful and deeply transformative practice, quieting the mind, opening the heart. Kirtan is for everyone! No prior experience of chanting is needed to gain the many benefits it has to offer.
