By repeating simple mantras over and over, kirtan is an effortless and very accessible way to experience some freedom from the daily chatter of the mind, taking us deeply into a Silence we rarely experience.
Kirtan is for everyone. No prior experience of chanting is necessary to gain the many benefits it has to offer, simply an openness to what may occur. Whether you wish to quiet your mind, open your heart, de-stress or simple enjoy singing with others kirtan is for you!
