A chance to relax and be immersed in the cosmic vibrations of gongs and singing bowls. ‘The class involves lying on a yoga mat, covered in a blanket, as the lovely Celia of Soundscape plays a selection of singing bowls, and one massive gong. Some simply gorgeous, warm sounds are produced, and the noises are lush as opposed to loud… it was as peaceful and relaxing as I’d hoped…highly recommended for anyone who wants to heal, or just really really chill out…’
