Let stresses melt away and experience deep relaxation with a therapeutic sound bath.
Join Bea Martin and David Johnson of Bards of Avalon as they combine their voices with the sounds of Himalayan Bowls, Gongs and other percussion instruments creating a unique soundscape to enhance your health and wellbeing.
During a sound bath, you can lie down or sit, fully clothed, whilst bathing in sound waves. By using sounds in particular sequences, the stress hormone cortisone is reduced, brainwave activity calms. The body gets a chance to experience rest and cellular regeneration. Consistent feedback shows that participants leave deeply relaxed and energised with reduced pain and much improved sleep.
The event will be held in Arnos Vale’s beautiful Anglican Chapel with its fabulous acoustics and forms part of the Arnos Vale Wellness Weekend events.
