We will be working with Tibetan singing bowls and simple vocal toning, and the day will include receiving a guided sound meditation, the chance to play a variety of singing bowls and to learn about their background, and participation in a sound session. No musical experience or knowledge needed, open to all. Please bring a mat and blanket if you can.
