Sunday 4th June ~ Strawberry Full Moon ~ Tibetan Bowl Play-shop Day
10am - 4pm
Join Edwin and Harshani on the Strawberry Full Moon for an experiential ‘Play ~ Shop’ with Tibetan Bowls. A fun day of discovering about sound, vibration & it’s healing potential through singing bowls. This is an introductory day about the bowls, which will incorporate ~ sound vibration; learning how to connect with the bowls; different ways to sing or sound the bowls; time to play the bowls in the Field; finishing with a singing bowl healing nidra bathing.
* A Veggie lunch followed by Strawberries & Cream will be included
* No prior experience necessary ~ Tibetan/Nepalese singing bowls will be provided for the ‘Play-shop’ experiential, with the option of purchasing your own on the day should your heart feel drawn
What to bring:~
Yoga Mat (or something to lie on)
Meditation cushions/pillow/bolster
Warm blanket
Bottle of water
