The Golden Gong Gathering @ Glandwr is in it’s third year. It’s an amazing event. Many people have described it as the highlight of their year. We go deep. A bunch of beautiful people move into a field, some know each other, others get to know each other…. And a few days later we all come out with our hearts full.
A sweet event. You get to play gong or sing with Clara Clay. There’ll be sound improvisations and fine rhythms with Pete Stacey and Rachel Hargrave, known as roots and wings. You start the day with Gong QiGong with Bear Love and myself. Or opt for TaiChi with the lovely Vince. You can sit in Jennifer Louise Hedges’ Golden Gong cafe and have time out with a friend. Or go visit the gong shops. Jochen Fassbender will bring a lot of his fine wares. There’s Ines Oetken and Broder Oetken and all their gongs and probably their fabulous hounds… Filipe Alves and his magical cave of fabulous gong stands and flutes and whatever else he makes between now and then. Gideon Petersen sculpture of fine metals and sacred geometry … all night sound pujas you may wish to participate in …. Or rest in your tent and journey deep into your own stillness…. And so so much more…
You will be held. It’s a sweet community thing. A relatively small gathering with a very large program.... and hopefully, you’ll come and join us x
