The Sound Healing circle is a new 8 week sound healing journey round the medicine wheel. The medicine wheel is a shamanic healing tool, like a map of ourselves and the universe. We will travel around this wheel, using music, sound healing and sound yoga, exploring ways of working with various Sounds and periods of Silence, along with deep relaxation and breathing in order to transform our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual energies. After 8 weeks we may choose to begin again going deeper into harmony, balance and health. You can take one trip or many into your inner world, learning more about which areas of your being are discordant and out of balance with your soul, as you learn ways to bring your whole system into harmony. This journey will include a mix of ancient and modern techniques such as Sound Healing, Sound Yoga, beautiful music, Drumming, Chanting and Shamanic Journeys through the elements, the seasons, spiralling into your still centre. You can go as slow and as deep as you like. This will be a safe, sacred space for healing, community support, sharing and laughter.
