Vibrations are part and parcel of what we are as human beings. This particularly applies to our subtle energy field that includes the chakras. All the stresses we experience are comparable to those vibrations being out of tune, By applying a vocal homeopathy, we can move the frequencies towards optimum. James presents simple vowel, consonant and seed syllables toning practices, sometimes with movements, for this purpose, He also includes the Taoist healing sounds. Experience is not necessary, only an openness for transformation. Participants will be given supplementary materials and are free to photograph the flip chart and record the workshop.
