Join me for an evening of Kirtan in Cheltenham on Friday 28th February.
Kirtan is a very accessible way to still the mind and open the heart. The moment we begin to chant there is a feeling of letting go, a deepening of the breath and a sense of coming home. We can let go of and simply be present. Kirtan is for everyone. No prior experience is necessary to gain the many benefits it has to offer, simply an openness to what may occur. Whether you wish to quiet your mind, awaken your heart, de-stress or simply enjoy singing with others kirtan is for you!

Where: Essential Space Alleyne Lodge (Next door to RSPCA) Knapp Road Cheltenham GL50 3QH
Parking: We are situated really close to Chapel Arts, there is lots of parking in and around the town centre. There is also free parking for 3 hours at Waitrose which is a 3-minute walk from us, or along Knapp Rd and at St.James there is pay to park spaces. Next door to us is a bricked car park that belongs to St Gregory School, this doesn't seem to be used by them in the evenings so that may also be free.
What to bring: There are some yoga mats and cushions available to use, however you may wish to bring your own for comfort. Please bring a water bottle!
