Our essential, blissful nature is vibration expressed as pure consciousness, heart-centred love and harmonious sound and movement. To be that Self is to dissolve the stresses that impede those vibrations. James and Toshi offer their unique combination of simple toning and movement/posture practices which act as the agents for living in that joyful state. Their key meeting points are the breath, our natural vibration/mantra and the resultant meditation arising from these self-empowering rituals.
James is a very well-established figure in the field of sound therapy over many years in the UK and the USA and is the author of two essential books on therapeutic vocal sound: The Healing Power of the Human Voice and Seed Sounds for Tuning the Chakras.. He is also an accomplished musicians and composer.
Toshi Hillier trained for four years at the British Wheel of Yoga and is also a practitioner of Reiki, kinesiology and massage. She has taught her own unique style of yoga in various settings from schools to individual classes and sports centres.
