The first in the world of its kind, this course is a fusion of spontaneous intuitive movement and sound therapy. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in cutting edge therapeutic sound and movement. Therapists will use drum, GONG and crystal singing bowls to facilitate sessions where people will be invited to dialogue deeply with the self, Releasing and processing imbalances held on the physical mental and emotional levels.
This is a blended learning program, starting with a three day zoom session in the comfort of your own home where theoretical concepts and underpinnings are explored and discussed. Following this there will be three months of coursework which averages out at 2 to 3 hours a week. During this time you will be exploring your instruments, reflective practice and mindful movements in your own time within the deadlines set. This will then be followed by a two day in person intensive based at the Bognor Regis campus of the University of Chichester where we will be exploring different types of sound and movement therapy sessions in depth.
