A COLOURS WE SING workshop is a wonderful opportunity develop your confidence and self-expression.
As well as singing group songs, mantras and toning, participants develop self-awareness, creativity and well being.
COLOURS WE SING workshops also educate how sound, light and vibration affect us in ways that can be useful not just for our singing and better self-expression, but how it can help bring more balance to our bodies and minds.
