Focusing on Spring and the Taoist Wood element of Nature, learn a toolkit of practices including ‘inner smile’ meditations, healing sound and Tai-chi/Chi-kung movements to clear space/release blockage in the body and access new potential and vitality. All courses focus on seasonal energy themes using simple yet powerful practices of healing sound, breath-work, meditation and Taoist /Chi-Kung movements. The most important requisite is ‘be present’ to trust your own centre and enjoy being connected with life and the elements of Nature. Indoor preparations focus on the weekend’s ‘Astro-mandala’ to link awareness of the current planetary positions to all the practices. Also included is a healing sound bath experience. Places are limited to 12 per group and each course is suitable for complete beginners or those experienced in Sound and Chi practice. Our indoor base is based in the Masonic Hall, Trenale Lane, Tintagel PL34 0AN. You need to bring a blanket and cushion, packed lunches, outdoor footwear and clothing to allow for walking in changeable weather conditions of sun, wind and rain. You may find it useful to bring notebooks or sketchbooks to record insights and information.
