An innovative and informative workshop has been arranged to explore and experience the role of light, colour and harmonic sound in creating a whole new level of health and wellbeing. Bridget Mary-Clare, Dr Meher Engineer and Sarah Bryant-Weller will be demonstrating the healing energy of tuning forks, the Monocrom Light-Colour Dome and therapeutic soundwork with bowls and gongs. Individual taster sessions with the tuning forks and Monocrom Light-Colour Dome as well as group soundscape sessions are also available to book in the afternoon.
