This workshop is a combined chant/mantra & harmonium workshop – we will concentrate on chant & mantra in the morning session, & an introduction to the harmonium in the afternoon. It is suitable for those who are interested in the power of chant & mantra, both for use in Sound Healing & as part of a spiritual practise, & for self development. It is suitable for all – whether seasoned chanters or novices – the day will be structured to suit the group. Sheila has developed this unique workshop to meet an obvious need for people who want to learn to play the harmonium (miniature organ) to accompany their chanting. In the afternoon session it will help if you already have some knowledge of the piano keyboard, but this is not essential, as tuition will be given. Simple music & handouts will be provided so that students can continue their practise at home. Numbers will be limited so that individual attention can be given to participants.
