When we allow ourselves to sing and speak with truth from our heart it is naturally joy-full, healing for ourselves and others, and carries great strength and clarity.
On this retreat we remember that we are all born with a beautiful voice allowing a gentle release of the old, so that we CAN return to our natural, expressive self. Our body is our instrument and we affect our energy, vitality and voice. By living, working, and singing together we can begin to learn to listen with the ‘ears of the heart’. Then we can start to understand what is true and what is not, and make choices to bring change to our lives.
With this awareness we can choose to be who we truly are.
Chris James teaches internationally about the healing power of sound and song, voice and expression. As we discover our natural voice, we learn to trust ourselves, creativity and intuition, speak our truth and be heard.
