This one day workshop is an introduction to Crystal Bowls and their use within Sound Healing. We will be looking at the different types of bowls, their make up, tools for playing the bowls and programming the bowls. We will be doing sound meditations, cleansing the bowls during treatments & annual clean, energising water with sound, crystal bowls vs Himalayan Bowls, how to use during a healing session plus much more.
