I would like to invite you to join me, Lorraine Marie to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Gongs, Crystal Harp and Singing Bowls along with the Tibetan singing bowls on Sunday 8th January 2023. You can expect to feel totally relaxed and for those of you who suffer from insomnia you can expect a good nights sleep.
You will need to bring with you a mat, blanket and pillow as well as water.
For those of you who do not feel you can lie on the floor, then you will receive the same benefits sitting or standing. We can provide a chair for you or you are welcome to bring your own.
