This event promises to be a heart-opening and soul-nourishing gathering. Whether you’re new to chanting or a seasoned singer, no vocal experience is needed — just bring your voice and an open heart. Chanting is a powerful and accessible practice that brings us into the present moment, calms the nervous system, and helps release stress. Through repetition of simple mantras and sacred sounds, we can access deeper states of stillness, joy, and connection — both within ourselves and with others.
