Paul Jackson with Tobias Kaye and the Sounding Bowls lead a gentle and intensive journey using story to help you to become the Hero/Heroine of YOUR story. Overcome obstacles and re-map your journey into the future leaving behind those things that have been holding you back.
The weekend will use Shamanic and emotional healing techniques alongside story. Paul will lead us into worlds normally reserved for dreaming., out of which your life's stories can be discovered and rewoven to reveal their hidden gold. These techniques allow access to guides and mentors of your own inner wisdom.
With shades of Family Constellation work, this deeply engaging workshop offers to transform the story of your life while teaching you new skills in story telling including some venturing into the emotional landscapes so easily evoked with a Sounding Bowl to enrich the structure or your stories. Music, particularly Sounding Bowls, give depth and assist the imaginal transformations of a story’s journey and of the way we feel about ourselves. One of Paul's main aims is to work with unresolved matters, finding another way to view, positively experience and resolve those things that have sat somewhere in our bodies quietly affecting our health, our decisions and our outlook on life.
We will look at a number of ways into story, gaining meaning, understanding and gratitude for its teaching. With the wealth of experience on hand from Paul we will enter the soul of Story, whether personal or Myth.

You can almost hear your audience exploring the inner depth of the story with you. You are welcome to bring a story to work on.
You will leave this workshop with new tools to enrich your own practice.
There will also be a full Storytelling performance on the Saturday night.
