This weekend will use Shamanic and emotional healing techniques alongside story. Paul will lead us into worlds normally reserved for dreaming, out of which your life’s stories can be discovered and rewoven to reveal their hidden gold. These techniques allow access to guides and mentors and your own inner wisdom.
With shades of Family Constellation work, this deeply engaging workshop offers to transform the story of your life while teaching you new skills for working with your Sounding Bowl. The emotional landscapes so easily evoked with a Sounding Bowl enrich this new structure, giving depth and assisting the imaginal transformations that change the way we feel about ourselves. One of Paul's main aims is to work with unresolved matters, finding another way to view, positively experience and resolve those things that have sat somewhere in our bodies quietly affecting our health, our decisions and our outlook on life.
With special guest facilitation from Clare Jackson, Mark Bedford and merlin (Sounding Bowl 416).
The Mythical Journeys workshop will take place at the Sounding Bowl Studio, Devon and will run on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th at the following times:
Saturday: 9.30am - 9.30pm
Sunday: 9.30am - 4pm
A simple, nourishing lunch will be served on Saturday followed by supper in the evening; lunch will also be served on Sunday; additional refreshments will be served throughout.
There will be numerous Sounding Bowls available for you to play with at any time. If you have your own Bowl and you would like to develop new skills of working with it then please do bring this along.
So as to enable deep, true journeying the number of spaces on this workshop will be limited to 12 people.
