Singing in the Wild is a nature-based residential retreat that invites participants to reconnect with their natural singing voice as a gateway to authentic expression, embodied presence and soulful connection.
The retreat weaves together voice work, group song, movement, breath and awareness practices, supporting people to gently let go of fear, self-judgement and the subtle need to entertain, please or impress.
What unfolds is a return to a more natural state of being - one of openness, spaciousness and acceptance - where the voice can awaken as a living expression of our shared humanity and of who we truly are.
Singing in the Wild is created and guided by Anthony Johnston, who brings over thirty years of exploration and research into the meeting place between sound, embodied presence and truthful expression. Through his work, he creates carefully held spaces where people explore and rediscover their natural voice as a pathway to authenticity, confidence and soulful connection.
