Come along for a lovely day of exploratory work with sound. Learn how to use your own voice to begin to heal yourself at home & family members. This workshop is designed to clear blockages within the throat chakras as well as enhance emotional well-being. We will cover: Gentle warm-up exercises, Toning & Groaning, Laughing up the body, A Sound Meditation through the chakras, building to a lovely 'Sound Bath' which the group will produce themselves. In the afternoon we'll do some wonderful Sacred Chanting from Sanskrit, Native American & Pagan chants. Feel how these really connect you to the divine energy source & how they give you that inner sense of calm. Please being along a cushion for your comfort & a blanket & some lunch to share.
