Come along and free your throat chakra in a wonderful day of healing & sound. This workshop is designed to enable you to heal yourself & family through the power of your own voice. We will cover: warm up exercises, toning & groaning, laughing up the body, a sound meditation through the chakras as well as a lovely ‘Sound Bath’. The afternoon will be spent doing some lovely chanting. Sing Sanskrit, Native American & Pagan chants and feel how these connect you to the divine energy source. Please bring a blanket for your own comfort as well as lunch to share. Herbal teas, coffee & water are provided.
