Exploring the transformational power of voice and sound. These evening sessions will offer an opportunity to receive and to create sound, and will include sounding the ‘om’, singing with the sruti box, use of mantra, sound for meditation and relaxation. Open to all, no experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and cushion if possible.
