Come for a wonderful day of self discovery through sound. This workshop will give you techniques you need to be able to start to heal yourself at home using just the power of your own voice! The workshop will cover: Warm-up exercises, Toning & Groaning, Laughing up the Body, Sound Meditation through the Chakras, An amazing 'Sound Bath'. Plus Sacred chanting in the afternoon with guest facilitator Louise Ketcher from the Equilibrium Centre, Basingstoke. Louise will be drumming for a superb energised session as well as doing a spirit dance using the Wolf! (power animal.) Please bring food for a shared Vege lunch.
