Relax deeply, breathe slowly, rest and be nurtured in a healing soundscape. With rich and resonant Tibetan singing bowls, cleansing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls, gentle gongs, flute and drum all bathing you in loving vibrations and guiding you a place of inner peace and healing. Held on the first Friday every month in the Theosophical Society, the evening includes a one hour sound journey followed by grounding tea and home-made cake! led by Suzanne Harris and Sharon Rossi, both fully qualified Practitioners of Sound Therapy, plus occasional guests.
